Hurdling wouldn't have been on the agenda for DAWALAN, a half-brother to the brilliant pair Dalakhani and Daylami. Lightly-raced in France, he wasn't particularly fancied on his debut for Nicky Henderson on this track but ran well for a long way and will have come on. Andi' Amu was well beaten that day and though Aglaophonos has only been narrowly defeated in two minor events at Ludlow he will need to find more, a remark that also applies to Brave Helios. The lightly-raced Certification is a newcomer to note coming from a yard that does so well with similar types.
