In what is a good race for this Listed prize, Cesare is selected ahead of Satchem and Sleeping Indian. Cesare looked to be getting his act fully together when winning at Warwick last time (Sir Xaar looks held based on that) and he can go well today. Polar Ben and Satchem are proven performers at this level and, in a race where there is not too much on ratings between many of them, have to be respected. Course and distance winner Sleeping Indian, who is proven in Group class, would be a danger to all if fully wound up on his seasonal return. As we have indictaed, this is a decent and competitve event, with the vote going to Cesare.
