Verdict

Another very competitive novice event with the weights headed by previous winners Tintern Theatre, successful at Ludlow ahead of Big Windmill, and Westendorf, who dotted up at Leicester. Crystal Lad has been knocking on the door at Sandown and Shantou Rock only found one too good at Chepstow. Sneaky Feeling and Creep Desbois are ones to note making their hurdling debuts but BAGS GROOVE (NAP) probably came up against a smart novice in Jenkins in a maiden here last month and this slightly longer trip should be right up his street.
