        Chapeltown (IRE) Trainer's form is not the best of late but this gelding was very consistent last season and although did not win first time out last season could still go well.

        Hand Inn Hand Much improved effort on final run of last season; won first time out last season and lightly-raced enough to suggest improvement; will run well.

        Mazileo Form seemed to tail off last season after fine start; trainer not in the type of form that you want when betting in this trappy event.

        Bracey Run (IRE) Good effort on reappearance and if improving on that effort will go close.

        Barcelona Ran a better race in defeat last time out and if progressing at the same rate will find things tough.

        Perfect Venue (IRE) Was running up to his very best this time last season and if able to show that form again must have an excellent chance.

        Cupboard Lover Another who is on the upgrade and looks stable choice; trainer could be in better form.

        Kildare Chiller (IRE) Generally consistent but needs to improve to go close to the best of these.

        Marmaduke (IRE) Ran fairly well when stepped up to this trip last time; general level of form is good and looks a leading contender.

        Raleagh Native (IRE) Fair level of form when chasing a couple of years ago; comes into the reckoning but may need this outing.

        Little Pippin Improved for step up in trip last time and has the ability to go close here; yet to race on good or better ground

        Cool Gunner Has won off a 11lb higher mark than this in the past but had been off the track for a long while before being well beaten lately.

        Macaw-Bay (IRE) Solid effort on last appearance but that was 465 days ago and is unlikely to be fit enough to do himself justice today.
