PLEASURE BENT showed nothing on his debut in September but someone must have been impressed as he started a short-priced favourite for his reappearance at Warwick and duly obliged with more in hand than the verdict suggests. He makes his handicap debut off what could prove a very lenient mark and is handed the verdict. After scoring over a mile at Windsor, Emulating didn't appear to see out the 1m2f at Salisbury and this is his trip but Saint Jerome still looks a few pounds high though he hasn't been beaten far lately. Breccbennach wasn't too far behind the selection at Warwick and should get closer on the revised terms.
