Verdict

KING OTTOKAR won twice on the Flat here when trained by Charlie Fellowes and could be the answer to this. Make My Day is an equally interesting recruit from that sphere as he won three of his six starts on the level and stamina won’t be an issue as he has already proved effective up to 1m6f but hasn’t raced since 2020. The latter’s stablemate Saligo Bay won over 1m4f here in July last year while Great Heart'jac looks the pick of those with hurdling experience, though Jaramillo had every chance when falling two out at Warwick. Sonigino may struggle under a double penalty.
