Verdict

AMERICAN GERRY found only one too good when favourite at Taunton in April and the winner has subsequently gone in again. Hughie Morrison’s charge may prove good enough though the likes of Clean Getaway, Surtitle and Parisienne Gold also have plenty of scope for improvement. Rambo T and Sporting Ace have both placed in point-to-points and debut under Rules while Bamford Edge and Super Duper Sam are newcomers to note.
