Verdict

Three Colours Red’s absence since August is a worry and he’s also having his first run for a new yard. BOL D’AIR won by 10 lengths at Plumpton on just his second start for Chris Gordon and the booking of Richard Johnson here suggests connections think he can defy a 10lb rise. He’s preferred to Vocaliser though Robin Dickin’s runner was only beaten a neck in this grade at Haydock in January, where favourite Get Rhythm was a first-flight faller, so is a danger. Knightly Pleasure is lightly raced but has done most of his racing so far at Fontwell.
