    Verdict

    Copper Coin may have benefited from a break as he goes well fresh, though is probably a few pounds too high in the weights at present. It’s three years since Erick Le Rouge last ran over hurdles and he is making a belated reappearance while Torigni has been chasing this term since well behind Orbys Legend at Chepstow in the autumn. DARGIANNINI was pulled up in that contest but has run well in defeat since, especially last time at Kempton. He is still on a fair mark and just preferred to Annsam, who ran well back over timber at Kempton and Paricolor, who has shown himself to be better than a plater this season.
