POP STAR, a 215,000gns yearling, makes a belated reappearance after finishing second on this card a year ago when a subsequent dual winner was in third. He can go one better though Yosemite Valley has arguably the better form having finished runner-up in a Curragh Group 3 though has an even longer absence to overcome. Rathbranchurch has now had a dozen starts and isn't getting any better but if the two principals are to be beaten through lack of race sharpness it could be Keke who turns them over as he attracted good support at the Curragh but got no sort of run.
