Val De Ferbet is a smart chaser having won a Grade 3 at Cork in April. He finished last on his reappearance and comes here for a confidence-booster. Winning bumper and hurdler Art Of Security is returning after a break but Calgath has produced two fair runs over 1m2f at the Curragh though this is much further and he's never faced ground this testing. GREAT TRANGO has run three times over hurdles and four times on the Flat and finished runner-up in all but two. He stays further and won't mind the ground so Colin Keane will hopefully make the most of his stamina.
