Verdict
ASPAR made most in his opening runs over 6f here and at the Curragh and only faded close home. He didn't appear to take to the surface at Dundalk and his earlier form should be good enough. Piazzini also raced over 6f on her first two starts and did much better when dropped to the minimum at the Curragh where she just failed to hold off Jenniechiled. The remainder with experience have shown little so Jim Bolger's newcomer Burning Bullet could prove a bigger threat though he's a half-brother to three middle-distance winners.
