Aidan O'Brien won this last year with Cristofo Colombo and STUBBS can emulate him. He showed surprising pace for a son of Danehill Dancer out of the Irish Oaks winner Moonstone on his debut on heavy ground at the Curragh and should have come on enough to take this. Focussed started favourite for a 7f Limerick maiden but ran green and dropped away quickly so this trip should suit. The Organ Grinder made a very promising debut in the race won by the long odds-on Michaelmas at the Curragh and looks a threat while both Treadstone and Bru Mor have shown enough to get involved in a race that should produce plenty of winners.
