A nice prize has attracted a competitive field. Kilfenora won a similar race at Naas in very good style but a 9lb rise makes this tougher. Alfa Mix is up the same amount for landing a course and distance handicap in good style last month but is improving fast. He holds Dolciano Dici on that run and should get into contention. The Bosses Oscar is another on the upgrade, winning a bumper then chasing home the smart Blue Sari before comfortably landing a Leopardstown maiden. He makes his handicap debut off what looks a fair mark though the experienced HARETH looked ready to win again soon when runner-up at Cork earlier this month and Kevin Brouder's claim can make the difference.
