In depth

Verdict

From a yard in good form, MUST BE OBEYED looks the one to beat. Narrowly beaten in a course and distance maiden hurdle, she went to Ballinrobe for a bumper and won with plenty in hand. Powerful Out won a Tramore bumper in October but looked as though she needed further than this on her hurdling debut at Punchestown. Ballinrobe bumper winner Rambling Rose is another who could find this on the short side having finished second over 2m3f in a Cork maiden hurdle but Cute Cherry looks the type to do well over timber having shown promise in bumpers.
