Gandy Man made a promising debut at Cork in October though that was over 2m4f on good ground and the form hasn't really worked out. Winning bumper HALLOWED STAR showed his liking for testing ground when chasing home the long odds-on Decimation at Down Royal. He won't find anything of that one's calibre here and can go one better. Robinstown didn't show much between the flags but should have come on for his hurdling debut on this track while Sparkling Stars caught the eye of the stewards at Fairyhouse last week when staying on after getting outpaced from three out. He could need a bit further, a remark that also applies to Butterflyvespiere, who was running on over the track and trip in December.
