Cornakill Rose showed enough in bumpers to suggest she'll make a staying hurdler but Fizzlestick has looked in need of softer ground so more rain would aid her cause. Kingston Girl won a Killarney bumper in August and has had a couple of runs on the Flat subsequently while Madera Express won a point in February and a Fairyhouse bumper in April, both on soft going. Winning bumper MOSKOVITE has improved as she's stepped up in trip over timber and didn't quite get the run of the race when second to the odds-on Honeysuckle at Fairyhouse. She can make further progress and gets the vote over The Caddy Rose, who hasn't had the pace in bumpers but this will be her game. Little Light, beaten a head in a point at Loughanmore in March, is one to note on her debut for the in-form Joseph O'Brien.
