A 30-runner maiden hurdle is an interesting way to begin the day but VAUTOUR is likely to start a warm order. One of the few with hurdling experience, the superbly-bred gelding has two placed efforts at Auteuil to his credit and an entry in the Grade 1 Future Champions at Punchestown suggests much better is expected. Yes Sir Brian has done very well in bumpers, beating a good field on his debut and finishing runner-up to a couple of useful performers later.
