PRAYER BOAT is proving extremely expensive to follow and has now gone 23 runs without getting his head in front. His overall form is better than any of these have managed and though he is looking very vulnerable this looks a first-rate opportunity. Nidian is another who has left supporters with scorched fingers and was over five lengths behind Prayer Boat when they ran behind Whip Mark at Fairyhouse last month. There doesn't appear any obvious reason why the places should be reversed and a bigger threat may be provided by Nowewont, who is tried in blinkers for the first time despite an improved effort behind Winning Impact at Naas in July. Jedward produced a reasonable opening run behind Paraphernalia at Gowran and looks best of the remainder.
