Effernock Lad has been gradually improving and showed that this sort of trip is required when landing a Downpatrick maiden though he has a big weight for his handicap debut. RAZIA has been going well and was rewarded with a victory over Oscar Vespasian at Cork. The runner-up is 4lb better off but appears unlikely to reverse the form and the winner can complete a double. On My Own gained his first victory in a very long time at Killarney last month and has won from a higher mark than this in the past though Chief Of Panama wasn't far behind and it would be no shock to see him turn the tables. Paddy's Faith may find some improvement under Barry Geraghty's strong handling.
