Kashi has never won but has gone close on several occasions this winter on testing ground and today's conditions should see him make a bold bid to get off the mark. Bonnie Kellie went up 10lb for landing a Punchestown handicap and has found life difficult from her new mark while Lily Of Dromard has an almost identical profile having found a 10lb rise for her Clonmel victory too much to handle on a return visit. GRINGO D'AINAY showed nothing in three maidens so it was a surprise to see him heavily supported on his handicap debut at Wexford. He never really got going over that 2m but was staying on and gets a chance to gain compensation over this longer trip. Champ Royal and No Thanks are others to note in an open handicap.
