Willie Mullins has a strong hand here. Winning bumper Farid has run two solid races in better maidens than this and looks certain to get competitive while Runrized scored on the Flat in France, though that was on heavy ground. Lignou, a dual Flat winner in France, improved massively from his hurdling debut to finish a close fourth in a huge field at Punchestown where he led at the last. He'll make further progress though STAR MAX wasn't far behind and will have come on a bundle for the run, his first since scoring on the Flat in Germany in October.
