Verdict

Kevin Manning was on board when ANO SYRA won a Dundalk maiden and keeps the ride despite Jim Bolger running Approach To Life. She was receiving the fillies' 5lb allowance when narrowly beaten by National Gallery in a Dundalk maiden back in January and both make their handicap debuts with the former just preferred. Little Queenie has made great strides for new connections, beaten just a head over 5f here before making all over this trip at Dundalk. She's up 9lb which makes this tougher and Pandemic Princess, beaten narrowly in both of those races, can gain revenge on the revised terms. Might And Mercy showed enough last year to be considered while both Pearl Palinka and Ta Na La ran well on their return to action.
