CADMIUM won a Grade 3 novices' chase at Punchestown in October and all of his subsequent three starts have been in tough company. He holds Tycoon Prince on an earlier victory at the same track but the latter's stable companion Doctor Phoenix won this by 13l last season and has been racing against smart rivals in his more recent starts. Avenir D'Une Vie has by no means been foot perfect and could do with some give.
