Wood Ranger's course and distance victory came on soft ground and there was also some cut when Giorgio Vasari won here in August. The latter has been racing at a much higher level and makes his handicap debut but the concession of 19lb, including jockey claim, to SCREEN SIREN may prove beyond him after the latter's success at Cork when she had White Lavender back in fourth. No More Porter is up a massive 15lb for beating a huge field at the Curragh though his rider's claim is a bonus. Angel Palm was returning from a long break when staying on strongly at Fairyhouse and is another to consider in an open handicap.
