Verdict
GREAT JONES was very well supported when making a winning debut at Tramore in August and came home with his head in his chest. The runner-up was 12l behind and though well beaten since the winner was so impressive that he should take this step-up in class in his stride. Nina Carberry has ridden the winner of this three times in the last six years and will be hoping to keep up the sequence with Road To Riches, who looked a very useful prospect when scoring on the point-to-point track at Sligo in May. Celerity Rules and Gold Bullet have both won bumpers and are penalised accordingly but The Crafty Butcher showed real promise early in his career and would be a threat if bouncing back.
