Supporters of ALLEE GARDE have had their fingers scorched in three of his four bumper starts, including when beaten at odds-on by Letter Of Credit at Limerick a couple of weeks ago. However, he was probably taking on a useful performer that day and it should be payback time here. After landing a point at Maralin in February, Dantes King didn't return until running very well behind Shot From The Hip in a strong maiden hurdle at Leopardstown last month and Gordon Elliott's charge looks certain to go well. Knockgraffon King made a highly promising racecourse debut behind Priests Road at Fairyhouse in April, while Oscar Barton will have improved from his opening run at Navan in November.
