Kitten Rock, six-times a winner over hurdles including twice here, hasn't done as well over fences and was beaten a long way behind Enjoy D'allen at Thurles last time. Runner-up that day was R'evelyn Pleasure, who looked the likely winner at this trip but was run out of it after the last and beaten 4 lengths. LEAN ARAIG was beaten a further two lengths by the same winner at Fairyhouse and a strict interpretation of the form gives him the beating of Sean O'Brien's charge so he gets the nod. Sovereign Gold, a dual winner between the flags, probably needs a thorough test of stamina which she may get here while The Echo Boy won a beginners' chase by 16 lengths at Fairyhouse but then finished a long way last at Navan.
