Cornelius Sulla is the fifth foal of a mare who has already produced three winners on the Flat so he should have more pace than most of these. Stable companion Le Richebourg is bred to be a smart staying chaser but Jamie Codd's presence in the saddle suggests he will be straight enough for this. DEBUCHET is from a cracking family of bumpers in France and might be good enough under Patrick Mullins so gets the nod though Duke Of Waspington is out of an unraced mare from a family of Group winners on the level. Endless Pleasure is another with plenty of genuine speed in his pedigree and his sire was a top-class miler but Red Jack has a stamina-packed pedigree which includes a Grand National winner. The veteran County Kildare handler Kevin Prendergast has very few National Hunt runners these days so The Abbey, who is by Yeats out of a winning miler, is interesting. Robbie McNamara has a nice bumper horse in Quick Grabim so Cosmo's Moon is one to note under Finny Maguire.
