Our Girl Salley is very game and consistent and the fact that she's been runner-up three times over fences against strong opposition will ensure she is a short price here. However, she was beaten almost 12l by MAE'S CHOICE over hurdles at Punchestown in April and it's the latter who gets the vote. She made a bright start over fences at Thurles in November but didn't go quite as well at Cork last month and was given a confidence booster back over hurdles. She should be suited by this extra distance and holds Carrig Millie on that run at Thurles. A Country Girl has always threatened to do better and chasing could be her game so she's one to watch for the future.
