LONDON ICON should build on a fine opening effort at the Curragh in August when making most until passed by Gobi Desert and Threeandfourpence. The winner has since finished second in a Listed contest and the runner-up has gone one better so the form looks strong enough for this. Night Of Power showed up well over 7f here last month but Encantador has been looking one-paced. Air Of Nobility showed massive improvement when tackling soft ground for the first time at Down Royal while Maunganui looked ideally suited by soft ground at Down Royal last month. The newcomer Hypnotic Force is out of a mare who has produced winners with her first four offspring to race and is one to keep an eye on.
