John Quinn has plotted a likely hat-trick for BAL MAL (NAP), who carried a 6lb penalty for an easy Beverley success to another convincing victory at Redcar on Saturday. He has another 6lb to carry here but Danny Redmond's 5lb claim can ensure another victory. Sports Reporter showed a bit of potential last autumn and started favourite when returning to action at Doncaster but never really went the pace over that 6f. Not On Your Nellie was almost seven lengths behind the selection at Beverley but is 7lb better off with jockey claims taken into consideration so should get a bit closer while a visor is tried on Moon Power.

Not On Your Nellie (IRE) 16-1 (9-3) Slowly into stride, took keen hold, headway on inside rail over 1f out, not much room and switched left inside final furlong, one pace final 75 yards, 4th of 12, 6 3/4l behind Bal Mal (8-11) at Beverley 5f hcp (6) gd in Jun.
