BROADWAY STAR is taken to land the opener at the expense of Le Vert Galany and Fortysecond Street. The selection won a bumper last season and has shown promise on both his hurdle runs this season. He looked a little one paced in the closing stages when beaten by Glencree but the step up in trip looked to be in his favour. He now has experience behind him and if he can recapture that form he should prove difficult to beat. Le Vert Galany ran a personal best when finishing third of fifteen over course and distance recently. He showed a marked improvement in form from his seasonal reappearance so any market moves should be noted. Fortysecond Street finished third in a bumper at Kelso on his racecourse debut showing promise in the process. He comes from a yard in top form at present so warrants plenty of respect also. However for the winner we return to Broadway Star.
