Verdict
Tinsill was bought back in after winning a seller at Beverley by seven lengths. But he's been raised 17lb for that and LOCAL FLIER is preferred. The latter also scored at Beverley earlier this season and has run well since in better handicaps than this. Secret Applause has slipped down the weights and was beaten only a nose in a plating race here last time while White Flag is another to consider on the back of a maiden race win at Redcar though it was soft ground on that occasion.
