Tourtiere is upped 7lb after scoring over track and trip but the seven-year-old has only raced 10 times on the Flat and may be capable of further improvement. Spifer was favoured at the weights when landing a claimer at Catterick last time but Love Marmalade is back on the same mark as when winning here last year and went close at Haydock earlier this month. Neuf Des Coeurs has struggled of higher marks since winning over track and trip in June so a chance is taken on NORTHSIDE PRINCE putting a poor effort at Ayr behind him and running up to the same level as when third at Hamilton on his penultimate start.
