      Verdict

Thinking nearly followed up his win at Beverley when runner-up over the extended 7f at the same track last week. He looks sure to get home over this longer trip on that evidence and Tim Easterby's charge should go close. Drive Home won over 7f here last time but, off a higher mark today and having been well beaten over a mile three times before, may struggle to confirm running with third-placed Shunkawakhan. However, GLENLUJI turned in a much better effort when fourth at Hamilton on his latest start and, dropped in class here with Paul Hanagan taking over the reins, Jim Goldie's charge gets the nod.
