Ellaal steps up a couple of grades bidding for a hat-trick after winning at Newmarket and also has a 7lb hike to contend with. INVERMERE is preferred as she was beaten only a length at HQ last time and Richard Fahey’s filly should make a bold bid on that evidence. Ginger Jack won at Thirsk earlier and failed to get the best of runs at Ripon recently. He’s not out of this and is preferred to Jacbequick, who seems to do all his winning at Beverley. Gworn is back on a winning mark and may prove best of the rest.
