    Verdict

Clotherholme was second in a classified stakes on this card 12 months ago when Jessie Allan was unplaced. He’s not done a lot wrong since completing a double at Beverley in June and shouldn’t be far away again but DESERT DREAM is weighted to reverse Catterick running earlier in the summer with the top weight and has also been knocking on the door. How Bizarre is on a long losing run but well treated as a consequence and Danny Tudhope takes over the reins. He has a good draw for a front-runner and stablemate Fanzone is also interesting. Bobby Shaftoe can also go well but Breckland and Zumaaty have been running in less competitive races.
