Verdict
Lastofthecosmics just prevailed over Red Missile in a qualifying race last month with Faithfulflyer filling the places and Starlyte further behind. The former was beaten by Fortcanyon at Newcastle earlier though the latter has been beaten since and another competitive Final can go to CROSSING THE BAR (NAP). The latter returned to winning ways with a cosy success at Plumpton and Sam Ewing keeps the winning partnership intact. Kelso runner-up Lock Down Luke is not out of this but You Some Boy is upped in class after scoring at Ayr.
