In depth

Verdict

Quicker going could see Ash Park stage a revival. Mister Kit is very lightly raced for his age and should be suited by the switch to fences having been placed twice in point-to-points. Jovial Joey won over 3m here in December but looks a stayer who could find things happening too quickly over this trip. THE DUTCHMAN (NAP) was in touch and still going well when falling in a Grade 2 at Wetherby two runs ago. He couldn’t match the pace of Zamdy Man over 2m at Newcastle subsequently but this looks a good opportunity to get back on track.
