In depth

Verdict

Commanche is making steady progress and his latest third at Doncaster gives him every chance especially as he's likely to prove suited by today's extra furlong. Daddy Warbucks is expected to step up on his debut effort at York and he can figure, though the remainder with experience have plenty to find. COURTESY CALL cost 80,000 euros as a yearling and his dam won over a mile as a two-year-old. Mark Johnston's colt will not have to be anything special to take this on his debut and he gets the vote
