Verdict

Ghur was beaten five lengths when third at Hamilton last time with Dolphin Village further behind. However, he still makes more appeal than stablemate and newcomer Rainestorm. It was fast ground when Leitrim Pass finished third on his debut at Yarmouth and the placed efforts of Rust have been over 6f on a quicker surface. STAGWEEKEND improved on his modest debut effort to finish runner-up in testing ground at Newcastle last time and any further progress should see John Quinn's colt off the mark in this.
