      Verdict

      Dialogue, Thrust Control and Rasselas all ran in the Beverley claimer won by Doc Hay last month. Geoff Harker's charge came out best but all three have a mountain to climb at the weights here. Eilean Mor is likely to find this an insufficient test of stamina and is rated 34lb lower than Stand My Ground, who takes a huge drop in class. David O'Meara's seven-year-old will probably be a warm favourite but he hasn't run for three months and would also have preferred much softer ground. VALANTINO OYSTER won over 1m4f on good to firm here in July and scored over this trip at Carlisle in the spring. He's got plenty to do on these terms with the top weight but is consistent and Connor Beasley's claim should be a help so he gets the nod.
