Beauchamp Gigi, Riyadh and Rouge Et Noir are the three to concentrate on here and the vote is given to Beauchamp Gigi. The selection was a beaten favourite here last time after running well in a bumper at Cork on his debut. He shaped as though he needed a stiffer test when fourth behind Arctic Moss here over 2m last time and as he gets that today he should take the world of beating. Riyadh was a fair sort on the flat but he was disappointing over hurdles at Newcastle last time when 7th behind Tynedale. He will need to improve to trouble our selection here and we are happy to take him on. Rouge Et Noir is fit from the flat and he proved that he has the stamina to see out this trip when running in bumpers, so he could be of interest even though he has plenty to prove on his hurdling bow. It will be a surprise if any of the others are good enough, and for the winner we return to Beauchamp Gigi.
