        Verdict

        CLEM FANDANGO (NAP) can take this as she won a Listed contest at Ayr just over a year ago and wasn't beaten far at the same level in France last time. The Wagon Wheel's close third behind Take Cover in the Beverley Bullet has been given a massive boost by the winner but that was on faster going, as were his three victories. Glenrowan Rose completed a hat-trick in mid-summer but hasn't run well when stepped up to this grade in the past while Thesme hasn't won since 2015 and has had plenty of chances. Mabs Cross is taking a huge leap in class after completing a hat-trick in minor company and her stable companion Intense Romance looks to have a better chance after dead-heating in a very strong York handicap.
