A P McCoy was on board when Lucky Cody gained a very easy victory at Market Rasen in August and takes the ride again for his handicap debut. Fly Vinnie is also having his first start in a handicap after his shock victory over the course and distance while Titus Bolt, who has won on the Flat and over hurdles here, is back in his correct grade after failing in a Class 2 handicap last month. Waltz Darling had little to do when beating two rivals over fences here last time but winning bumper Spitz showed some improvement when tackling the trip for the first time at Sedgefield. Ballyvoque is entitled to improve from his Kelso victory but will need to do so from 8lb higher while Claude Carter is running very well and likes it around here so should get involved. DESOTO COUNTY (NAP) is only five and has more scope than most of these. A winning point-to-pointer and bumper, he was in excellent form when last seen in the spring and appears to go well fresh so should be good enough to make a successful return.
