A Group 3 winner in 2021, Came From The Dark has slipped down the ratings and should give a good account in this. Several of these ran in a handicap at York in October won by the impressive Kimngrace. Vintage Clarets and Count D’orsay finished practically upsides in the places with Mattice and CATCH CUNNINGHAM close up. James Sullivan’s mount has much the best of the weights today but is on a very long losing run so the latter, who may still be progressing, gets the nod in a wide-open renewal. Digital goes well fresh and could threaten the places with Silky Wilkie looking the pick of Karl Burke’s two runners. Zarzyni won this last year having finished second 12 months earlier so can’t be ignored.
