      Verdict

      Rock Melody returned to winning ways here last month and is just 3lb higher while Glory Fighter ended a long losing run with a convincing success at Catterick. The latter was receiving 13lb when beaten two lengths by COPPER KNIGHT at Chester just over a year ago and though Tim Easterby's veteran hasn't been in the best of form he's now on his lowest-ever mark on his 83rd start and can gain victory number 13. Another veteran, Venturous, has an almost identical career record and is another slowly dropping to a mark he's capable of winning from. Khabib has been racing exclusively on Tapeta for some time and looking a few pounds high.
