In depth

Verdict

NEW ROMANTIC showed her first worthwhile form of the season when runner-up at Yarmouth three weeks ago. Julie Camacho's filly gets the token vote stepping up to a mile for the first time. Meydan Style was still beaten over five lengths when third at Southwell last time and course winner Cannon Bolt was beaten even further when occupying the same position over track and trip last month. Goninodaethat has been well beaten since scoring in soft ground at Ayr in July while Drive Home won at Wolverhampton in January and is back on the same mark for this.
