      Verdict

      A big run from Sureyoutoldme in the previous race would be a pointer to the chances of JACOB BLACK, who beat that one when recording a second victory over 7f here last month. Keith Dalgleish’s consistent sort found only one too good over this trip at Carlisle last time and can shrug off another 3lb rise to land this. Mywayistheonlyway enjoys a big turnaround in the weights with the selection on that earlier run here and is back on a winning mark so looks the danger ahead of Chinese Spirit, who is better on ground with some give. Lucky Violet was only beaten half-a-length at Ayr 12 days ago but has a poor strike-rate and may be better over 7f.
